Living in Harmony with Nature
Dhumra Farm Resort is not simply a retreat, it is a family legacy rooted in land, myth, and memory. Owned by T. Sangay Wangchuk and Rinzin Wangmo, together with their family, the resort stands on ancestral soil that has been cared for by generations before them.
The property lies on the eastern side of Gumgang Farm, famously described in “Seeing with the Third Eye: With Grandma in Rural Bhutan”, a book authored by none other than T. Sangay Wangchuk himself one of the founders of this very resort. It is a land where history and folklore intertwine, and where breathtaking views of the Punakha Dzong and the valley seem to bring both myth and reality into harmony.
