Farm Villa (Two-Bedroom)
Spacious and inviting, the Two-Bedroom Farm Villa is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Sharing a kitchenette dining room and a wide terrace that opens onto a panoramic view of Punakha Dzong, especially magical at sunrise and sunset. Inside, generous living spaces and natural wood finishes create a sense of warmth and belonging. It is a villa designed for sharing meals, laughter, and quiet moments where the beauty of the valley becomes part of your daily life.
Villa View Room
Perched on the top floor, the Villa View Room feels like a mountain log house, intimate and full of character. From its window, you wake to what might be the best view of Punakha Dzong in the valley. The space is cozy yet open, perfect for slow mornings with tea or evenings spent watching the dzong glow softly against the river.

Conditions:
- We have fixed menu meals as per your dietary needs
- We do not provide lunch unless on emergency
- We require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. Full nonrefundable balance within 30 days of the date of stay
- Children 5-10 years old will get 50% off on meals
- Children using extra mattress on the floor. (maximum allowed 1 mattress). We have no extra bed system.
- The access to our property is by a farm road (dirt road)
- We have no TV or AC rooms to fit with our concept
- We have no facilities for guides and drivers as the property is small.
- In support of maintaining the bio-diversity, guests should be mindful of certain bugs, critters etc…
